All my wife's heavy friends told her I was on drugs as I got lean and fit. They don't see the 3 mile a day bike rides, diet and weight training. They do see their fridge quite often though.

A lot of people associate musicians losing weight due to drugs because look at all the musicians and singers from the 70s and 80s that were unhealthy by being so skinny because they were on alot of drugs, but it’s pretty evident that Post isn’t on drugs he actually looks like he’s a healthy weight, and I’m sure some of that has to do with the stresses of touring that has always been a catalyst for weight loss as well.
